After almost two decades working within the NHS, alongside extensive training in nutrition, coaching, and lifestyle medicine, I came to a powerful realisation:

Studies show that combining sustainable lifestyle changes with these medications leads to better, longer-lasting results, often enabling lower, less costly doses — and in some cases, the possibility of discontinuation altogether.

Similarly, HRT offers significant relief from menopause symptoms — but when paired with lifestyle improvements, it becomes part of a comprehensive, transformative solution for long-term health.
